Today a dessert for this summer 2018. Hazelnut ice cream. A classic of tradition, especially the Italian national one. To make a great ice cream I used my Gelato Expert Gelato Magimix. In the summer I eat a lot of ice cream, often for lunch it's a meal replacement for me. Hazelnut ice cream is one of the favorite tastes of many people. It can be done in various ways. This is with the egg but you can make it without it. and also in vegan form using vegetable cream and hazelnut milk.
Ingredients: 250ml fresh cream 200ml milk 150g sugar 100g toasted hazelnuts 1 egg QB hazelnuts QB dark chocolate 85% #recipe very easy to do!
How to do: Whip the cream and place it in the fridge. Puree the hazelnuts with the sugar. Mix the egg with the milk and the hazelnuts blended. Work the mixture in a bain-marie, stirring constantly until it thickens. Let it cool. Mix the mixture with the whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into the previously cooled ice cream maker. I use the Magimix Expert Gelato with the artisan gelato program. Serve the ice cream with hazelnuts and grated chocolate. Direct link to Original language click here
