Sorrento & Positano

The Amalfi coast is one of Italy’s most piercing destinations. Located on the southern edge of Italy’s Sorrentine Peninsula, in the Campania region its 50 Kilometer coastline stretches along rocky shorelines, with small beaches and pastel colored fishing villages. The coastal road between the port city of Salerno and clifftop Sorrento is also known for its grand villas, terraced vineyards and cliffside lemon groves.

✨During my travels I never quite seem to know what I’m searching for but I always seem to find what I need. ✨

dol·ce far nien·te

/dōlCHā ˌfär nēˈentā/ noun pleasant idleness sweet doing nothing In other words the Italiens know how to live.

We found this charming grocery store while strolling the streets of Sorrento.

My favorite moments while traveling are those where I find corners that haven’t been touched by all the hustle and bustle of tourism yet. It is in these moments, if only brief, that I feel like a real local. It’s a very special and magical feeling that I hold very dear. I believe it’s these moments that truly define my journey and keep me journeying.

The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page. - St. Augustine

Thank you for journeying with me. Hope to see you again soon.
