MAKE A 2018 VISION BOARD

#seewhatisee #mybritainwithlove #mystellerstory

Here’s my story about making a Vision Board of my intentions for the year ahead. It’s about visualising how you want your year to be. Research shows that regularly looking at it actually increases your chances of achieving your goals.

Start by collecting magazines and images you find inspiring

Cut out anything that speaks to you. Think about what you’d like to Be, Do and Feel...

Pick out phrases that feel right and start to group what you’ve chosen

Stick everything in place - there’s no right or wrong. Just do what feels right to you

Write down a list of the intentions you have discovered by doing this exercise. You can either add these to the board on post-it notes or keep as a separate list you can refer to easily. Head over to the blog (link on the back page of this story) to find out what my intentions are for 2018. X

Once you’re happy with what you’ve created it’s time to decide where to hang it. This board is just for you. Put it in a place where you will see it often. I tried mine first against a dark wall near my desk and then a white wall right beside it. I’ve decided to go for the white wall option and fairy lights. What do you think?

I definitely need to find some direction at the moment! This is a hard time of year for creative planning, I must admit...
