Cream Cheese Chocolate Cookies

2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 4 ounces cream cheese 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup white sugar 2 eggs 5 Tbsp cooled brewed coffee 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup cocoa powder 3 1/2 cups flour 4 tsp cornstarch 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together the butter, sugars, cream Cheese, egg, coffee, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and cornstarch.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well.

Add chocolate chips. Mix just until incorporated. Chill dough for 2 hours.

After chilling, Use a small cookie scoop to scoop dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 min.

Enjoy warm with a cold glass of milk!
