Start pasta with asparagus

It's hard to do home alone but for a while you can find it more easily in our supermarkets. If you did not find it you could replace it with the pasta but you will have to make it very thin. Another ingredient I used for these bundles is the asparagus that this season is delicious. For this recipe I wanted to give a sense of simplicity and family with metals and Opinel knives.

Ingredients: Asparagus - 1 bunch Ricotta - 250g Pasta Start - 1 pack Chives Poppy seeds Extra virgin olive oil Salt Pepper Butter #recipe for 4 persons

How to do: Clean the asparagus and let it lessen. Let them cool down and then cut them into pieces. In a bowl, cook ricotta with asparagus, oil, salt and pepper. Spread the pasta and divide it into 2 groups of leaves and make 8 squares. Forms 8 laces with chives. Divide the dough into 8 parts and place it in the center of each square. Size the bundles and close them with the chives of chives.

Place a butter bag and brush it on the bamboo surface and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Place the facts on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
