Puréed soup

I was a child I hated the soup. I grew up I started to love the soup! I love its smell, color and taste. I like to combine the legumes whit fresh vegetables.

we take these vegetables: onions, carrots, zucchini, potatoes, fennel and celery. ...and these vegetables: beans, peas, lentils and farro.

we put 300g of legumes in 1.5 liters of water and let it boil. we do the same for 300g of vegetables. add salt after cooking. low heat for about 70 minutes.
