Picture
Caption: Every year, when spring is awakening and sunshine tickles my nose, I feel like waking up from a long deep sleep ....
... just as all the seeds and grains when sprouting and coming to life again.
Sprouts are full of vitamins, nutrients and energy. Powerhouses we should use and enjoy.

Caption: For a very long time I did not sprout because I expected it to be too much work, too difficult ...
In the meanwhile I got addicted by the fascination of turning something endlessly storable into something growing, living ... sprouting.
It's super easy. I promise.

Put away the water, rinse the seeds, strain the water and put the glass head down.
Step 3:
Everyday in the morning and evening rinse the seeds and put back.
After 1-2 days you will see the first sprouting. Depending on the seeds you can harvest them after 5-8 days.

When the seeds are readily sprouted you rinse them a last time, directly enjoy or put in a jar and store them in the fridge.
