Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

This scrumptious chocolate pudding is very easy made. It just requires a bit of patience.
50 g tapioca perls 1/4 cup of cacao powder 3 tbsp agave nectar 1 tsp bourbon vanilla 600 ml hazelnut milk
1. Soak the tapioca pearls in water for about an hour. 2. Transfer soaked tapioca pearls into a saucepan and add hazelnut milk, agave nectar, vanilla, salt and cocoa powder. 3. Bring contents to a boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and fill the pudding in clean glasses. Let it cool. 5. Garnish the pudding with chopped nuts and dried or fresh fruit.
