PART 001: ZAKIRISH HISOMA
NO MAN'S SKY: A SPACE TRAVEL DIARY
No Man's Sky
is an action-adventure video game, containing a procedurally generated deterministic open universe, which includes over 18 quintillion (18 billion billion) planets, many with their own sets of flora and fauna.
I have discovered roughly 300.
After visiting my 200th planet, I started documenting my discoveries more thoroughly, with the intent of creating a Traveller's Diary.
In this first entry, I'll tell you a little bit about the planet Zakirish Hisoma (Euclid Galaxy).
"Existence is unbounded and languor engulfs the darkness. Bring us our meaning, if you are capable."
It's one of those planets that I still think about, even though I've discovered almost 100 other planets since I first set foot on it.
Weather: Snowy Sentinels: Relaxed Flora: Bountiful Fauna: Not present
I'm not sure exactly why this particular planet made such a large impact on me, but I think it's a combination of beauty and silence.
Calm and quiet.
A silently beautiful planet in the middle of a sparkling, vibrant galaxy.
