Chocolate Brownie Cake

I N G R E D I E N T S ¾ cup gluten free flour 1 cup powdered sugar ⅓ cup raw cocoa ¼ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt ⅓ cup canola oil 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 flax egg {1tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water} 120ml warm water 120g fresh stoned cherries {whole or halved}

M E T H O D Grease a 20cm round pie/tart pan Preheat oven to 160 ºC Sift and mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt & baking powder together Add oil, flax, vanilla and water Mix until completely combined Pour batter into greased pan Place cherries on top of batter as desired Bake for 20 to 25 minutes Should be firm but still slightly moist in the centre Dust with powdered sugar
