Apple and redcurrant pie
Apple & Redcurrant pie Ingredients 250 gr flour type 2 150 gr caster sugar 1 glass of almond milk a knob of butter 3 eggs 7 g of baking powder 3 apples 200 g redcurrant lemon juice ( half lemon) 1 tbsp sugar powdered sugar
Instructions Preheat the ovet at 180°.C Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and whisk until fluffy, add warm milk and mix well .SIft the flour and the baking powder.Mix the flour with eggs and the melted butter.Peel and slice apples, drizzle with lemon juice and mix with a tbsp sugar.Place apple slices on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Pour over the dough, cover with redcurrants.Bake the apple pie for 35 minutes.Check pie for doneness with the toothpick test: Simply take a toothpick and insert it into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, or with only a few moist crumbs attached to it, the cake is done.Let it cool for some minutes.Sprinkle with powdered sugar before to serve it.
