Caption: Tell Me No Tales in silence, they exist
Caption: Once upon a time, there was a forest nestled among valley and highlands. During centuries, this forest was known by all the riches and magnificence sources. The view it offered mesmerized every eyes staring, the riches and abundances it had intrigued every soul to dig to the deepest.
Caption: The deep yet clear river reflected the beauty of trees and the blue sky. The senerity and silence of bird chirping each other and the sound of water rushing.
All the animals protected each other. The wolves wouldn't harm the deers, the lions ruled wisely and welcomed all animals even the tiniest.
All flowers and butterflies were friends, and the trees were smiling to the howling wind.
Caption: All pieces of nature were once living in piece.
Until the human came.
Caption: A scandinavian boy once lived deep in the woods. His parents had a small cabin made of woods, excluded far from the nearest village, stood among all skyscraping trees and animals pact.
He had a great memories of his childhood in the forest, spending most of his times wandering the forest with his dad, treasuring caves, strolling hills, swimming in the clear river or diving in the blue sea, or playing with deers and catching up with butterflies.
Caption: He read about tales that the god and goddesses had bestowed grace to the forest and all living creatures in it.
Their godly fingers created river-way and led the clear and healthy water streaming in it. Their godly magic allowed the living creatures never lack of food, so that they could live peacefully and never harm each other.
So he had told that tale to his many talking animal friends.
And he believed in the tales he was told about, because he had seen it for real. He even had experienced it by himself.
Caption: Then, before he had to leave the serenity and joyfulness because he had a future to chase far away in the city....
Caption: Many centuries later...
Caption: After years he left the memorable and wondrous place where he had spent his childhood, time had come for him to go back.
And there was nothing could excite him than knowing that he was going to get back to where he actually belonged.
Caption: But what greeted him was more even surprising....
Caption: He found that all the trees were cut down, the soil was dry and crumbled, the greens are changed dark, the dark water reflected no lifes. The animals attacked each other. There were mo longer bird chirping or butterflies flying.
And as the wind blew away, he could hear them whispering agony they were suffering.
Caption: Where was the serenity and peace he used to find?
Why was the paradise he once knew changed wrecked?
Who....had destructed this magnificent place?
Caption: So he went to seek answers.
On his way, he saw an old deer whining in the edge of the river, gasping for water. His left leg was wounded, and he was streaming blood.
He asked the deer, "Dear old deer, what has troubled you so you are now suffering pain to death?"
The deer raised his head, "Why do you have to ask? Your kind is the cruelest creature ever exist."
He seemed to not understand what the deer was saying, "My kind?"
"Tell me no more tales, scandinavian boy. For i believe no more of it. When i believed in it, i got shot and suffered to death. There are no god and the goddesses anymore, there are no justice, and may the repentance be with you, human kind..."
And then he died.
Caption: Bewildered, he continued walking. He found a fish floundering and gasping for air aside from the river. He glanced at the dark water that used to be as clear as the sky.
"Let me help you, little fish..."
The fish yelled, "Don't touch me, you voracious creature! I'd rather die than live this ruthless life."
The fish stared him by his redden eyes, he had a feeling the fish noticed who he was.
"Tell me no more tales, scandinavian boy. For i believe no more of it. When i believed in it, i lost my friends and people because of the toxic waste that spread through this river and now i suffered to death. There are no god and the goddesses anymore, there are no justice, and may the repentance be with you, human kind..."
Caption: As he saw the fish died, he heard whispering behind his back. He looked up to weary tree with scalp braches. No green leaves, no flowers, and no butterflies perching.
"What happened to you?" he asked.
"Tell me no more tales, scandinavian boy. For i believe no more of it. When i believed in it, no rain to waters me, no sun to photosynthesis, all dry and drought, and now i suffered to death. There are no god and the goddesses anymore, there are no justice, and may the repentance be with you, human kind..."
Caption: Stumbled, he tried to ingest all the events he had just experienced. He stepped into rocks and tried to see further. He saw a glump of smokes, and along with that group of trees were falling down. They were burnt severely.
He was shocked. The paradise he once knew was transforming into hell.
And yet he still did not understand why or who did it.
But he knew where to find the answers.
Caption: He ran and ran through the pine and plam trees, bushes, and crack soil. Until he found the huge great rocks, he knew he was there.
He walked slowly to behind the greatest rock among of all.
And then what he saw suddenly mesmerized him...
Caption: It was such a high and great sycamore. It stood tall and still, its leaves falling down, and it was also dying.
He looked up, "Dear great sycamore, what is happening to this forest? For i have seen terrible things..."
The sycamore was then showing no respond. But when it heard him, it started to move.
It had eyes and they were all open for him.
It was the ruler and creature supreme to lead all the living creatures in this forest.
Caption: "You think you own whatever land you land on. You think you are the greatest among of all. You think you are the only noble creature that deserves life to live."
The sycamore said. Its voice echoing through the thin air.
Caption: "Know it that we have lived thousand centuries before you. Know it that we have been standing watching the world and communicating with nature dimension. Know it that we know beyond what you know and what you don't know. And yet you think you know everything we don't know..."
Caption: "How high does a sycamore grow? You cut it down so you will never know. Have you ever heard the wolf crying to the blue corn moon? Have you come to taste the sun-sweet berries of the earth? Can you sing with all the voices of the mountain?"
Caption: "We have existed in silence. You come to this holy forest, absorb every sources unlimitedly, destruct, homicide, and treat us like a junk. And through all those slaughtering and savages, we are still in silence. Don't you think we deserve to live? Do you think you are the only one who has a right to live?"
Caption: ""Tell me no more tales, scandinavian boy. This life ain't fairytales, but you may put faith in it. You ain't just destruct us, but you destruct your future also. It is not fate that decides future, it is what you do in present. May the repentance be with you, human kind..."
