Adventures in Jordan

Wandering ancient ruins, deserts and slot canyons.

I flew to Jordan for a 10-day adventure alongside photographers @garry_norris, @laurenepbath and @jewelszee. We worked with @visitjordan (IG) to help promote this stunning tourist destination in the Middle East.

I always carry a sharpie with me and it had a workout in Jordan, as I ticked off so many bucket list destinations in a single adventure: Hike Wadi Mujib βœ… Swim in the Dead Sea βœ… Explore Petra βœ… Camp in Wadi Rum βœ…

Petra I had dreamt about visiting Petra for years, so I was excited to spend two days exploring the stunning archaeology site. It's a lot bigger than I expected, too, as the Treasury building is the most known image; however, the ancient city measured more than 14km from end to end.

Wadi Rum Perhaps the most known landscape in Jordan, aside from Petra, Wadi Rum is a wild desert known for rock climbing, bikepacking, and more regular tourist activities like camel rides, desert camps, and sunset tours.
