A Very Busy October

It started on October 5th, when my sisters, brother-in-law, niece & her husband, went to New York to see Sigur Ros perform.

Wow!

Coming home, the new Tappan Zee Bridge being built next to the old one.

Decorated for Halloween

Sunday we went to Maine to visit our friends.

Three sculptures from the Schoodic Sculpture Symposium

A walk at low tide at Roger's Point

We went to see Chelsea Clinton speak at the U of Maine

Back to Roger's Point with Dan & Dick and their dogs

Then, back home for a surprise Halloween/Birthday party for my great nephew

Monday, our friend, Mary came for a visit.

Tuesday morning, we climbed to the highest point in Rhode Island. There is a 2 meter differential from the parking lot, to the top.

Wednesday evening we went to the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at the Roger Williams Zoo in Providence. There are 5,000 carved pumpkins on display.

My favorite was this little chipmunk

Then Thursday, we went for a walk at Gay City State Park.

Friday we went to Mystic Seaport for the day

When I was a teenager, I stayed on this ship for camp, with the Girl Scouts, two years, for a week.

Then Saturday the 22nd, Mary went to another friends' and we went to New Jersey for a great nephew's Bar Mitzvah. It was an epic party!!

So many wonderful memories #mystellerstory #mystellermonth #stellerautumn
