Driving BC's Alaska Highway

OUR HIKING CAMPING ROADTRIP ADVENTURE FROM VANCOUVER TO THE YUKON

There are trips you know you'll do, trips bright like beacons, trips so obvious and apparent that you barely even have to mark them on a list. For us, BC's Alaska Highway was always like that. It's a mythic roadtrip, one of North America's most legendary wilderness drives, and though it has been paved and tamed over the decades it remains an iconic adventure.

We wanted to get past the day trip-accessible areas as quick as we could. Even if it meant sleeping on a dirt road north of Kamloops
