Caption: I like to bring seasonal flavours to my baking I was tasked to create a 3-tier gluten free 'showstopper' cake for Delicious Alchemy. My response? Layers upon layers of soft and light sponge infused with tingling autumn spices, coated with the barest touch of frosting and a fall of autumn leaves, late-season blooms and crisp macarons.

Caption: Finishing flourishes For that 'showstopper' finish I added nude dairy free cream cheese frosting; autumn leaves made from Delicious Alchemy's gingerbread; and 3 types of macaron: pumpkin seed & spice; blackberry; and pistachio. Not forgetting a mist of gold for added gluten free magic!
