Part II of Portugal's South
The southern region of Algarve in Portugal is a mix of sandy beaches and rocky coastlines, fields of orange trees and olives and small fishing villages with cute little white houses. Here's part 2 of my Algarve trip - featuring the western part of the coastal strip. Follow me to this amazing destination! 🇵🇹
Let's start at Praia da Bordeira.
There's many boardwalks like this leading to amazing viewpoints!
Felix is capturing the waves and the windsurfers!
@sarahpour is getting her shot!
And Lisa is having fun watching us climb around for our photos!
The Atlantic Ocean is wilder than the Mediterranean.
Which also leaves the beaches a little more untouched!
This is Praia do Amado!
A popular beach for surfers!
I could watch them forever! Riding into the sunset...
And this is a how surfers travel 😍
You should stay there until sunset!
Bring a beer and a jacket and just cuddle... ☺️
Closeby is the small village "Carrapateira".
You'll find small cafés and shops and surfer hangouts here!
And some dogs as well ;)
On top of the hill you'll find this beautiful chapel...
... which features a view of this cute little windmill home.
Spot the black cat!
A little further to the south you'll find Sagres and this beach!
The color of the water is just dreamy!
Make your way to Olhão and stroll around the streets.
People are dressed so perfectly to match the houses.
