Climbing to the top of the Kleinwalsertal valley's highest summit, the Widderstein, Jeremias Riezler made the decision to cook only with ingredients he can see from up there.
"When I put myself on the top of the Widderstein, our highest mountain here in the valley, then everything I can see from there represents what we call 'Heimat', my land and spiritual home. The products I use have to come from here. That is what I mean by regionality."
Jeremias Riezler lives and breathes regionality, serving it up with every dish he creates.

...some come straight from his own kitchen garden behind the 'Walserstuba' tavern.
