No Bake Cheesecake
Making cheesecake is easier than you think. There's no such as a perfect recipe since everyone has their own favorite. You can always modify the recipe to fit your ingredients at home. Here's the recipe to make a rich, creamy yet light cheesecake at the same time. It's quite simple since you don't need to bake and the ingredient is not hard-to-find.
Base: 150 gram of digestive biscuit or 2 pacs oreo 20 gram melted butter
Step: #1 Put biscuit/oreo in food processor and crush them until very fine crumbs formed. #2 Pour crumbs into a medium bowl; add the sugar and melted butter then stir until well combined. #3 Put the crumb mixture into a round medium pan, spreading it for about 1 cm up the side then gently press to flattened it. #4 Put the crust in freezer at least 10 minutes.
200 grams of spread cheese 100 grams of cream cheese (optional, if you don't have it just add 300 gr of spread cheese) 2 slices of plain bread (slice to bite pieces) 100 ml of milk 2 tbs of vanilla extract 3 tbs of fresh lemon juice 30 grams of condensed milk
Step: 1) Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in the condensed milk a little at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl, as necessary 2) Pour the milk and beat it again until well mixed. Add the pieces of bread. 3) Beat in the lemon juice and vanilla extract. 4) Pour the filling to the crust. Smooth the top with spatula. 5) Put the cheesecake in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
You can add any topping that suits your like. For me, I prefer classic cheesecake topped with strawberry jam, but it also goes well with oreo.
...some froot loops on top doesn't hurt 😉
