Thyme scented blueberry tart by Fugassa & Caffé Ingredients: 200 g whole flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt 50 g cold butter, diced 100 g sugar cane 125 ml of milk (or yogurt) 200 g blueberries icing sugar Fresh thyme
Instructions Mix the flour with baking powder,salt, add diced cold butter and mix everything until mixture is grainy. Add sugar and milk (or yogurt) ,continuing to work with your hands until the mixture smoothy and homogeneous. Grease a pan with removable bottom and short board. Put the dough into the pan and distribute it on the bottom.
Sprinkle tart with fresh thyme leaves
Wash and dry blueberries, sprinkle with icing sugar and distribute fruits on the cake. Bake the tart at 170 °C for about 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle the tart with icing sugar and fresh thyme leaves.
