Splitting several appetizers or entrees with a few people can really cut down the calories of the meal.
And you still get to enjoy plenty of great food!

Savor the taste, smell, and texture of whatever "bad" food you're eating, enjoy it, and hop right back on the healthy wagon.
If we don't let ourselves have what we truly want, we end up reaching for more food to fill the void.

We need to give our stomach a chance to tell our brain, "Hey, I'm full!"
