GARLIC CRUSTED LAMB CHOPS

Father's Day Dinner

FOR THE BEST DAD EVER.

INGREDIENTS: 1 HEAD OF GARLIC, CLOVES PEELED 1/4 CUP ROSEMARY LEAVES 1/4 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 8 LAMB CHOPS SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER

The Day Before- MARINADE THE CHOPS.

INSERT A GARLIC CLOVE INTO EACH PIECE.

SLIVER GARLIC, CHOP ROSEMARY. MIX WITH OLIVE OIL AND BLACK PEPPER. RUB OVER CHOPS. MARINADE OVERNIGHT.

THE BIG DAY.

ON STOVE TOP, SEAR LAMB ON ALL SIDES.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES. ROAST FOR 15 MINUTES. TURN AND ROAST 10 MINUTES LONGER FOR MEDIUM-RARE MEAT.

SERVE WITH ROASTED POTATOES AND VEGGIES. ENJOY!

DON'T FORGET DESSERT.
