LYCHEE MELON COCKTAIL

Ingredients : 2 oz water 2 oz ice cube 2 oz green melon liquid syrup 2 oz lychee juice Sugar 2 canned lychees, 2 canned melon, mint leaf for garnish Basil seeds

Directions

Combine liquids in a cocktail shaker over ice. Mix two melon liquid syrup glasses with sugar. Strain and pour it into glasses. Garnish with a whole lychee and melon slices, put some basil seeds and mint leaf, serve!

Orange Juice Recipes: Oranges -3    Water -1/4 cup    Orange juicer Directions : Cut the fruit into half and squeeze each half by hand using the plain orange juicer. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. You may add a little orange pulp to my juice. If the oranges are sweet, you do not need any additional sweetener otherwise add a tsp of honey and mix well.

Avocado and Spinach Smoothies

INGREDIENTS 1 1/2cups apple juice 2cups stemmed and chopped spinach or kale1apple and chopped 1/2avocado, chopped Sugar

DIRECTIONS Combine the apple juice, spinach, apple, sugar and avocado in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute, adding water to reach the desired consistency. Add some ice cube, serve!

INGREDIENTS 1 lemon half 25 fresh mint leaves (from about 3 sprigs) 1 tablespoon sugar Chilled club soda Garnish: additional mint leaf

DIRECTIONS 1.Place lemon half, and sugar into cocktail shaker. Muddle to release lemon juice and oil. Add mint leaves and muddle gently, do not grind. Add water and fill shaker with ice. 2. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Pour into Collins glass unstrained. Top with club soda and garnish with mint.

Watermelon Fruit Punch Recipes Ingredients : 2kg watermelon, peeled, chopped 1 litre pineapple juice 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves 1 litre sparkling mineral water, chilled

Watermelon Fruit Punch

Directions : Process or blend watermelon until smooth. Strain through a sieve over a large bowl. Discard seeds and pulp. Combine watermelon juice, pineapple juice and mint in a large bottle or jug. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, half-fill glasses with watermelon juice mixture. Top with mineral water.

Kiwi Mocktail

Kiwi Mocktail Recipes : INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar 1/2 cup (125ml) boiling water 4 gold and 4 green kiwi fruit 1/3 cup (80ml) lime juice (from 3-4 limes) 1/2 cup mint leaves 2 cups ice cubes1 cup (250ml) sparkling water.

DIRECTIONS: In a large jug, dissolve 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar in 1/2 cup (125ml) boiling water, then place in an ice bath or fridge to chill. Peel and roughly chop 4 gold and 4 green kiwi fruit, then blend until smooth with the cooled syrup, 1/3 cup (80ml) lime juice, 1/2 firmly packed cup mint leaves and 2 cups ice cubes. Pour into a jug and top up with 1 cup (250ml) sparkling water, or divide among glasses and top up with water. Serve with extra mint.
