Discovering the Little Venice

Have you ever been in Chioggia?! Chioggia is a small island situated at the southern entrance to the Venetian Lagoon. It's named "the Little Venice" because there are a lot of canals and the characteristic narrow street "calli". Fishing is historically the livelihood of the port, and remains a significant economic sector.

Chioggia from the top! The church of St. Andrew has a bell tower from the 11th-12th centuries, the most ancient tower watch in the world. From there, you can appreciate Chioggia island... And more!
