Thanks to the spicy hummus they will put on some fire on the moody April weather.

Caption: Depending on the filling, such a wrap can be a light snack or a satisfying meal. In any way it is super healthy and even healthier if you use whole flour wraps.
My version plays a lot with textures and tastes. While the hummus is adding some creamy spiciness, pepper and sprouts are adding crunch and vitamins. Avocado and seeds add some healthy fats and the fresh herbs and lime juice are responsible for a fresh spring taste.

- 2 leeks
- 1 handful sprouts
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- fresh mint or basil
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 3 tortilla wraps
- seeds
- 1 chili
- baking paper
- cord

- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 Ts tahini
- 2 Ts olive oil
- juice of a lemon
- 1 Ts spice mix (spicy with chili)

Caption: 1. Mix all ingredients for the hummus in a blender until smooth.
2. Cut the pepper into small cubes. Cut the leek into small slices. Slice the avocado as well.
3. In a pan. Quickly road the wraps from both sides. Put them in plates and spread 2 Ts hummus on each of them. Let a bit more space free to one side.
4. Add the spinach, leek, avocado and sprouts.
5. Chop the herbs and add them together with the seeds.
6. Sprinkle with fresh lime juice and some of the spice mix.
7. Cut baking paper into pieces. Roll the wrap and wrap it in the baking paper. Bind with the cord.
8. Cut into hales and enjoy right away or take it with you to let sun shine wherever you are!
