Lunch with Ferrarelle and Slow Food UK
Premium Italian water brand Ferrarelle organised an intimate Italian lunch at Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli in London to celebrate their new partnership with Slow Food UK.
Ferrarelle is a naturally mineral water bottled at the source since 1893.
Ferrarelle and Slow Food UK are both advocates for sustainable food sourcing and celebrating rich traditions.
Chefs Giorgio Locateli and Gennaro Esposito cooked a ‘taste of Italy’ 4-course menu paired with four Italian wines.
Hake and lobster salad with artichoke, beetroot, carrots, celery and egg.
Risotto with new seasonal garlic, scallops and spring vegetables

Sea Bass cooked with Vernaccia Wine in a Tomato Crust and Artichoke Puree

Barley tart with buffalo mascarpone cream, lemon confit and blackcurrant sorbet.
Ferrarelle will be focusing on supporting the Slow Food Chef Alliance, made up of some of the most well known Chefs in the UK, all committed to using sustainable and responsibly sourced ingredients.
