Spaghetti + Eggs = Spaghetti Fritters! These tasty and crispy fritters are perfect as appetizers!
Ingredients 200 g spaghetti 2 tbsp of grated pecorio cheese 2 eggs Crumbled sea salt optional: Pepper and chopped parley chilli pepper flakes
Method: 1.Cook the spaghetti in a large pan 2.Put eggs, grated cheese and salt in a bowl, whisk well. 3.Cut the cooled spaghetti to about 6-8 cm 4. Add the spaghetti to the egg mix end blend until the pasta is well coated. 5. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the spaghetti mixture in small piles. 6.Fry until golden brown on both side 7.Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately!
