For the first time in my life, I visited Milan and fell in love with this city. It has old and historical places that you must visit like "Castello Sforzesco". Near it, there is another magical place known as "Arco della Pace" located in Piazza Sempione.
Milan is famous for its Cathedral, the principal square "Piazza Duomo" and the near gallery "Vittorio Emanuele II ". These are some of Milan icons'.
The Duomo's view from the "Museo del '900"
Milan is full of museums that can fascinate you, but one that you have to visit is the "Pinacoteca di Brera" in the Brera area,a district characteristic for its pretty and colored houses.
Milan is a modern city. There is an area near "Porta Garibaldi" that is full of skyscrapers. The most famous square of this area where you can see the Unicredit Tower is "Piazza Gae Aulenti."
Something really cool to do (If you don't suffer of dizziness ) is going up to the 39th floor of the "Palazzo della Regione". You can see all the city from there. It is a perfect view point!
