Warsaw

| a weekend city break |

This was my first time in Poland and for my first trip I chose to visit Warsaw. I had not a true reason for my choice. I liked the idea to have a weekend city break and I thought a place in Europe where I've never been. Warsaw has been an unexpected discovery πŸ’›

πŸ’› me in the heart of the city πŸ’›

➑️ and in the middle of the Royal Castle court.

Observing people ice-skating in the main square of the old town β›Έβ›Έβ›Έ

Visiting the Financial District, the Centrum πŸ™

And then up to the 30th floor of the Culture & Science Palace πŸ’Ÿ

At the Museum of Modern Art.

Diving in the history for not to forget.

Looking down at the sign of the beginning of the old Jewish Ghetto.

To the Chopin Museum 🎼🎹

Advertising and street art πŸ‘πŸ»

πŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’Ÿ

Inside my alternative hotel, the Loft Hotel Sen Pszczoly.

Warsaw for foodies: the Pierogi πŸ˜‹

A lunch in the Pod Barbakanem, an historical bar and restaurant 🍴

Impossible not to try the Polish delicious cakes 🍰

Food offer in Warsaw is great: this is my hummus tasting at the Isrelian restaurant πŸ˜‹

Warsaw is a city that can surprise you. If you ask me 3 words to descrive it I would use the following: story, pride and redemption. πŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’Ÿ
