breakfast all in one skillet share it, or devour it alone I did
Ingredients Fresh tomatoes Big handful of mushrooms 1,2 or 3 eggs Slices of fresh bread (my choice was date & walnut sourdough) Fresh Rosemary A sprinkle of sweet paprika salt + pepper Olive oil
Heat the oil, add the mushrooms, cook for a few minutes add a little bunch of Rosemary, add the tomatoes and cook until almost done. Remove and set aside. Add the slices of bread a minute or 2 on each side to crisp and soak up the juices. Remove and set aside. Add a little more oil if needed return the mushrooms, toms and bread. Crack open the eggs cook until the whites are set and the yolk is just how you like it.
