Dining Experience at Selfridges

The exclusive dinner was organised by Selfridges London in conjunction with the Japanese Culinary Academy.

Six of London’s most exciting Japanese head chefs prepared a course each during an extraordinary evening of delicious Japanese flavours.

These chefs fuse traditional Japanese cooking skills with modern, luxurious finishes.

The evening's "kaiseki" (tasting menu) was paired with the finest Japanese sake.
