Lemon- Poppy seeds pancakes

with hot maple syrup

Ingredients: 150 g flour type 1 75 g sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder for desserts 1/2 teaspoon baking soda pinch of salt 240 ml buttermilk or milk grated zest of 2 lemons, juice of 2 little lemons 45 g butter, melted 1 egg 40 g poppy seeds maple syrup

Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients except poppy seeds. In another bowl mix all wet ingredients, add poppy seeds. Unite wet and dry ingredients mix until fluffy. Heat a large pan and cook your pancakes until golden on both side. Serve immediately with hot mapple syrup
