R E C I P E <1.> melt 90g unsalted butter and cook until milk solids are brown // set aside // add 3 cracked cardamom pods and the seeds of 1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise) // let steep for 15 min. // remove the pods and pour into a clean bowl <2.> whisk together: 100g almond flour 60g oat flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon sea salt <3.> whisk together 2 eggs 70g natural cane sugar 60ml whole milk <4.> pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients // whisk to combine // fold in the cooled brown butter <5.> add a slice of apple on top <6.> put into the oven for about 20-25 min 180C = 350F BON APPETIT!! #stellerrecipe
