PORRIDGE

- a heartwarming recipe -

I N G R E D I E N T S - 5 tbs rice porridge - 100ml almond milk - 100ml water - 1 pair (cut into thin slices) - Handful of granola - Sprinkling of cinnamon - 1 tbs butter - 1 tsp brown sugar

M E T H O D - Boil the 100ml water and the 100ml almond milk together. - Once boiled take off the heat and leave to cool for a few seconds. Then start stirring in the 5 tbs of porridge. - Cut pear into thin slices and caramelize with 1 tbs butter and 1 tsp of brown sugar in a pan. - Serve porridge into a bowl, sprinkle with the granola, cinnamon, and blueberries and top the caramelized pear slices.
