STUFFED ACORN SQUASH

Ingredients: 2 organic acorn squash 1/2-1 lb. ground pork 3 sticks celery 1/2 red onion salt + seasoning 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. breadcrumbs

CUT SQUASH IN HALF

Scoop out the insides

Cut the bottoms so they are flat

JUST A LITTLE BIT!

Coat squash with oil, salt, and seasoning

BAKE 40 MINS AT 400*

BAKE 40 MINS

@ 400 DEGREES

Let's make the filling! Mix pork, celery, red onions, and seasoning.

LOOKS GOOD!

Cook in skillet over medium heat until meat is brown.

Once cooked, add breadcrumbs and cheese

READY TO FILL THE SAUASH!

This is what they look like after 40 minutes in the oven!

SO NICE!

Fill with stuffing mixture and bake 20 more minutes at 400*
