Caption: On the 18th of May 2015 I submitted 3 FOI requests concerning Issues surrounding IBRC, Department of Finance & former debtors of IBRC
Under the rules of The 2014 FOI Act, you must receive an acknowledgment of your request within 2 weeks & (in most cases) a response within 4 weeks.

Caption: Following my May 18th requests, I was contacted on the 19th of June (4 weeks later) re one of my 3 requests & asked to agree to an extension.
To date I have heard nothing back.
In September I made a request for an internal review of the process concerning that FOI.
To date, I have had no acknowledgment or response to my request

Caption: Regarding the remaining 2 FOI requests submitted on May 18th my office received a phone call in mid-July asking me to 'change the language used in the requests & narrow the focus of my requests'
Picture
Caption: In mid-August my office responded & agreed to significantly narrow the focus of our requests on the basis that the FOI unit was apparently under extreme pressure dealing with requests
Picture
Caption: In early October my office received yet another request to clarify the language of the 2 FOI's.
In response my office provided additional information to help speed up the process.
We heard nothing back.

Caption: All 3 FOI requests remain outstanding as at October 14th-5 months after the initial requests were made.
I refuse to let it lie & will continue to seek answers to the questions posed.
