Into The Wild

Yellowstone

...Life every now and then becomes literature... As if life had been made and not just happened. Norman Maclean (A River Runs Through It)

||What is life? It is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime, the beast that grazes in the summer. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunsets.

Uncle Tom’s Trail

Upper Falls. Build in 1898 by “Uncle” Tom Richardson, it was originally used as a destination picnic path, taking them across the river upstream from what is today leading along rough trail to the path that has been reworked but is a strenuous hike, dropping and rising 500 feet.

The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.

In the center of it all... Old Faithful!
