4 celery sticks clean & cut in cubes 2 Tbsp Olive oil. 1 Chile 1,5 kg Ripe and firm tomatos 1 lime 1 Tbsp Tabasco 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 100 ml de Vodka. Salt & Pepper


1.- Put a pot on medium heat with the olive oil and cook the celery for 15 minuts 2.- Add the chile & the pealed tomatos cut in cubes. Cook For another 15 minutes 3.- Add the grated rind of 1/2 lime 4.- Let cool and triturate 5.- Just servíng moment, add the vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco (of desire) salt & pepper 6.- Cold & serve
