Mango & Banana


We started a little sub-series to indulge in our obsession with Popsicles Craving something that could also be deemed as a healthy alternative to the sugar laced shop options. We call them Smoothies on a Stick

Based on our favourite smoothie, usually drunk on the run, these instead are to be indulged and savoured. Preferably whilst swinging in a hammock....

For 10 Popsicles 2 ripe juicy mangoes 2 bananas 200ml coconut milk (we used a light version) 100ml Greek yoghurt 6tbsp honey 1tbsp maca powder edible flowers for extra prettiness (optional)

Chop your banana and peel and chop the mango, add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Fill your Popsicle moulds to the top and freeze for an hour. Add your sticks and freeze for a further 4-6 hours.
