A super Blueberry & Chocolate Cheesecake no bake
Today one of the last before the summer holiday sweets, a good cold cheesecake with blueberries and white chocolate, there is coming your mouth water? I hope so because this cake is great.
Ingredients: Fund cheesecake - 150g bisccotti cocoa - 60g butter - 1 tablespoon of honey Stuffing - 500g cream cheese - 250 ml cream - 500g blueberries - 150g icing sugar - 1 sheet of gelatin
White chocolate ganache - 300g white chocolate - 125g yogurt - 125ml cream Decorum - 500g blueberries - jelly spray
How to do Crumble the cookies and knead with honey and butter. Line a toriera diameter of 20 cm on the sides and acetate baking paper on the base and then put the mixture and formed the basis for the cheesecake. Put the base in the refrigerator. Pour the ganache warmed on cheesecake and store even in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Arrange on top of the cake and sprinkle with blueberries jelly sprays do not spoil the fruit.
