Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO CUPS 400 ml coconut milk 3 tbsp raw cocoa powder 20g dark chocolate {broken into small pieces} 3 tbsp agave nectar {or to taste} 1 stick of cinnamon OPTIONAL EXTRAS 2 tbsp coconut cream 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Pour coconut milk into small saucepan Add cinnamon stick and heat gently over medium heat for 3-5 minutes

Remove cinnamon stick. Add sifted cocoa powder and agave nectar. Return to heat. Whisk until all cocoa has dissolved. Add chocolate pieces and continue to whisk until chocolate has melted.

Remove from heat and pour into mugs

Add spoonful of coconut cream and dust with cocoa powder, or enjoy as is
