After a long drive up from London to the Lake District in Cumbria, we Arrived in the Village on Windermere probably the most popular of the Lakes towns, situated on the Great Lake that covers almost 10 miles in length the biggest in England at a depth of 220 ft, this mighty Lake is a thing of pure Beauty and on a sunny day is a must for any boating or water lover, whisk away the hours admiring it majestic views of the surrounding hills and Pikes.
