1 pound fresh long pasta 4 medium ripe tomatoes 2 garlic cloves, minced 3/4 cup fresh basil, julienned 1/2 cup olive oil 1.5 tsp. Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper Grated parmesan, to serve

Add the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a bowl and stir to combine. Let marinate for two hours. Toss with fresh, hot cooked pasta and finish with grated parmesan.
