Caption: I believe that our media product would be made by a smaller, more independent film company. Our film was created for the purpose of a niche audience, which would be best suited to via a small film company. A small film company would be able to offer us more influence and power over the creative decisions made and would allow us to be able to keep stylistic influences to a minimum. A smaller film company would also come with a smaller budget which would be advantageous for our film as it means that we will have a stronger focus on what money needs to be spent in what area rather than applying large portions of the budget to unnecessary areas such as special effects. We also want to keep our film British and with the ability to pass the BFI Cultural Test, with a possibility to receive funding from organisations such as YorkshireFilm.

Caption: We would choose a film company such as Warp Films as they have previously received staggering successes for their independent, low budget films. We also believe that Warp have the style and substance that we would require to create our film as they have previous experience with lower budget, more independent films than a large conglomerate. Warp also have a growing budget which means that our film would be catered to according to it's size and would also fit the criteria that Warp look for when making a new film.

Caption: We felt that a large conglomerate such as Warner Bros would not be ideal as they receive a lot of funding from other companies which could loosen the amount of control and power we would have over the content of our film. We also felt a company such as Warner Bros would want to distribute our product globally which is not what we had intended. A conglomerate would also mean pressure to conform with specific writers/directors/actors that the company often work with which would not fit the tone of our film.
