Caption: What kind of film studio might distribute your media product and why? Question 3
Picture
Caption: Our film would be distributed by an independent company such as: Warp Films or Big Buddha Films. This is because we have operated on a low budget, have little to no special effects and used no film studios.
Picture
Caption: Our film would probably be broadcast on channels such as Film 4 rather than the BBC because only 1% of the BBC's budget is allocated to film production and the BBC mainly aim at documentary and drama films such as: Billy Elliot and Becoming Jane.

Hammer also began back in 1934, this will mean that the company will be better known than a recent start up such as Warp. However, Hammer began as a film company and is still only a fill company therefore not having as many additional branches such as Warp who started as a record company.

This allowed them to get the well known actor, Daniel Radcliffe to play a part in Hammers hit horror film: The Lady in Black. By having these great connections this would allow us access to well known actors to star in our films and would make more people want to see the film.
