PANCAKES

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk of choice 1 tbsp ACV 1 cup spelt flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 2 tbsp natural yoghurt Coconut oil for frying

Method

Combine milk & vinegar. Set aside for 5 mins to "sour." Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a bowl. Whisk egg & yogurt into milk. combine dry & wet ingredients, whisk until lumps are gone. Heat a fry pan over medium heat & add coconut oil. Ladle batter on to pan, cook until bubbles appear. Flip & cook until browned on the other side. Serve with yogurt, maple syrup & fresh fruit.
