RECIPE 1 CUP RAW CASHEW MILK 1 TBSP RAW HONEY 1 KEY LIME 2 CUP FROZEN FRESH BLACKBERRIES 1 PINCH OF SALT MAKES 4

BLEND YOUR CASHEW MILK, HONEY AND LIME ZEST, FILL THE POPSICLE MOLD 1/4 OF THE WAY FULL, RETURN MILK MIXTURE TO BLENDER, ADD BLACKBERRIES AND SALT. BLEND ON HIGH UNTIL COMBINED, SPOON THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOLD CAREFULLY, ALLOWING THE BLACKBERRY MIXTURE TO REST ON TOP OF THE CASHEW MILK.

FREEZE FOR 1 HOUR, INSERT STICKS AND ALLOW THE POPS TO FREEZE FOR ANOTHER 4-5 HOURS.
