SALTED CARAMEL

INGREDIENTS

100ml coconut blossom sugar 100ml water 100ml coconut cream/milk 5ml vanilla extract 5ml coarse sea salt

Add sugar and water to a small sauce pan

Allow sugar to melt on medium heat and then simmer for two minutes

Add coconut milk and allow to simmer for a further twelve minutes Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and salt
