Healthy Coconut + Cocoa


INGREDIENTS // MAKES 6/7 COOKIES :: 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil 75g coconut sugar 1 large egg 2 tbsp cocoa powder 65g white flour 2 tsbp almond flour 1/4 tbsp baking soda + almond milk to taste

1 :: Place coconut oil and sugar into a big bowl and beat with an electric beater together with the egg until all well incorporated.

2 :: Add cocoa powder, both the flours and baking soda and mix well. Add almond milk if you think the dough is too thick!

3 :: Line a baking tin with parchment paper; shape 6/7 balls out of the cookies dough and place them far apart on the baking tin.

4 :: Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes; then remove from the oven and let them chill on their tray before serving!
