"to be successful in the client finance group at leo, you need to be a proactive problem solver. many clients have budgetary constraints, but --rightly so -- want the best creative solutions available. it's fun to sniff out the sweet spot that makes everybody happy."

Caption: every week frank spends an evening hanging out with patients at lurie children's hospital.
"we read, play games, build stuff and have some great conversations. I'm very much personally invested in the hospitals mission, and each year, I captain a team for the chicago dance marathon."
this year frank danced for more than 13 hours and contributed to a total of more than $360,000 raised to support lurie. go frank!
